The Application Value of Serum Amylase,Lipase and C-reactive Protein in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the clinical value of the combined test of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive pro-tein for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods 50 acute pancreatitis patients admitted to the Tianshui First People's Hospital,Gansu Province from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study group, including 30 pa-tients with mild acute pancreatitis and 20 patients with severe acute pancreatitis;at the same time,50 patients with non-acute pancreatitis were selected as A1 group, and 50 healthy examination personnel were selected as A2 group.Serum amylase level, lipase level and C reactive protein were tested for all study subjects, comparing the serum amy-lase levels, lipase levels, and the C reactive protein test results between the 3 groups, compared the index results of mild and severe acute pancreatitis and conducted correlation analysis. Results Serum amylase level, serum lipase level and C-reactive protein level in the study group were higher than that of the A2 group and A1 group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);The serum amylase level of severe acute pancreatitis patients was(768.49±43.22)U/L,serum lipase level(1 694.88±300.15)mg/L,C reactive protein level(137.49±13.35)mg/L,which were higher than(591.85±48.22)U/L,(1 232.49±300.13)mg/L,(26.25±4.13)mg/L in patients with mild acute pancre-atitis,and the differences were statistically significant(t=19.288,7.702,56.288,all P<0.05).With the severity of acute pancreatitis, the serum amylase, serum lipase, and C-reactive protein increased significantly(r=0.128,0.139,0.137,all P<0.05).Conclusion During the early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, serum amylase level, serum lipase level and C-reactive protein level can provide a certain basis for the successful diagnosis of the disease. It is found that with the severity of acute pancreatitis, the serum amylase level, serum lipase level and C-reactive protein level of the patients show a significant increase in the effective treatment of the disease can lay a foundation.
