Clinical Effect of Edaravone Dextrocamphenol after Cerebral Infarction Vascular Intervention
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and significance of edaravone dextrocamphorol injection in pa-tients with cerebral infarction after basic therapy vascular intervention. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction who received in Chengwu County People's Hospital of Heze City from August 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Patients in both groups received vascular interventional therapy, the control group received postoperative edaravone, and the study group received post-operative Edaravone dexcamphorol injection. The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)and the levels of serum indicators(nitric oxide, superoxide dismutase, reactive oxygen species)of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After 15 d of treatment, the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the study group was(4.59±0.77)points,which was lower than that in the control group(5.17±0.91)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.077,P<0.05).After 15 d of treatment, the levels of ni-tric oxide and superoxide dismutase in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 15 d of treatment, the level of reactive oxygen species in study group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.138,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction, vascular intervention combined with edaravone dextrocamphorol injection has a re-markable clinical effect, this comprehensive treatment program significantly improves the neurological function scores and serum related factors.
