Effect of Budesonide Aerosol(Small Dose)on Bronchial Asthma
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide aerosol in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 62 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using the coin-flip method.The reference group(n=31)was administered conventional drug treatment;the study group(n=31)was given budesonide aerosol treatment on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.77%)was higher than that in the reference group(74.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.369,P＜0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes of the study group were bet-ter than those of the reference group;the time for reduction of wheezing,the time for reduction of lung rales and the hospitalization time were shorter than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of bronchial asthma patients with reasonable choice of budesonide aerosol can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment,significantly improve the level of lung function of patients,and can pro-mote the good prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma.
