Analysis of Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscope Application in Clinical De-partment of Gastroenterology
Objective To study the effect of painless gastrointestinal endoscope in the Department of Gastroenterol-ogy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Tongren Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The comparison group under-went general gastroenteroscopy and the observation group underwent painless gastroenteroscopy,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the examination was compared between the two groups.Check efficiency and time spent checking.Results The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.00%lower than that of the compari-son group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.000,P＜0.05).The examination excellent and good rate of observation group was 94.00%higher than that of comparison group 78.00%,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(x2=5.316,P＜0.05).The inspection time of observation group(13.22±6.52)min was better than that of com-parison group(31.41±7.38)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.061,P＜0.05).Conclusion Pain-less gastrointestinal endoscope for patients in the Department of Gastroenterology can improve patient comfort,ensure that all examinations are carried out normally without adverse reactions.
