Efficacy of Transradial Artery PCI Combined with Postoperative Ivabra-dine in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease and Effects on the Incidence of Coronary Restenosis and Serum ET Levels
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transradial artery PCI combined with postoperative ivabradine in patients with coronary artery disease and its effect on the incidence of coronary restenosis and serum endothelin(ET)level. Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent transradial PCI in Guizhou Nayong County People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment after operation, and the observation group was treated with ivabradine. The clinical data, surgical indexes, curative effect(effective rate, inflammatory response, recurrence rate of angina pec-toris),incidence of coronary restenosis and serum ET level were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(76.67%),the effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.614,P<0.05).The C-reactive protein, white blood cell count, angina recurrence rate, coronary restenosis rate and serum ET level in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Transradial artery PCI combined with postoperative ivabradine can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with coronary artery disease, reduce the incidence of coronary restenosis, and reduce the serum ET level.
