Observation on the Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment of Dyspepsia with Domperidone and Digestive Enzyme
Objective To explore the clinical effect of domperidone combined with digestive enzymes in the treatment of dyspepsia. Methods A total of 208 patients with dyspepsia admitted to the gastroenterology department of the Affili-ated Hospital of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 104 patients in each group. The control group was treated with domperidone, and the observation group received combined treatment with digestive enzymes. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the time of symptom disappearance was re-corded,the levels of serum gastrointestinal hormones and pepsinogen(PG)were measured before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 85.58%of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(x2=7.008,P<0.05).The time of early satiety subsiding, abdominal distension subsiding, heartburn subsiding, belching subsiding and abdominal pain subsiding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.833,12.782,16.371,16.373,30.650,all P<0.05).After treatment, the serum gastrointestinal hormones of the two groups were significantly improved. The levels of gas-trin,motilin and leptin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=7.531,38.018,8.463,all P<0.05).The levels of cholecystokinin, somatostatin and corticotropin-releasing hormone were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.544,9.266,19.246,all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ and pepsino-gen ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.889,3.974,6.791,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the observation group(4.81%)and the control group(5.77%)(x2=0.096,P=0.756).Conclu-sion Domperidone combined with digestive enzyme treatment for patients with dyspepsia can promote the rapid subsid-ence of gastrointestinal symptoms, improve digestive function, promote gastrointestinal motility, and achieve good therapeutic effects, and the combination of drugs is safe, with fewer adverse reactions.
