Study on the Effect of Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Gastroduodenal Ulcer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug treatment with esomeprazole in patients with gastroduode-nal ulcer.Methods Forty-six patients with a gastroduodenal ulcer admitted Zaozhuang Dermatology and venereal Dis-ease Control Hospital from February 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into reference group and study group according to the coin throwing method.The reference group(23 patients)used con-ventional therapy;the study group(23 patients)added esomeprazole to the reference group.The incidence of total re-sponse rate,adverse reactions(dizziness,nausea,poor appetite,and drowsiness),quality of life score(condition con-trol,normal work,good mental status,and fewer episodes),and helicobacter pylori(Hp)clearance were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The treatment response rate in the study group(95.65%)was higher than the reference group(65.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.973,P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The life quality score in the study group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).And the Hp clearance rate in the study group was higher than the reference group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of esomeprazole in patients with gastroduo-denal ulcer can improve the efficacy of patients,reduce adverse reactions and improve the clearance rate of Hp,and then improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
