Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Patients with Gallbladder Stones Accompanied by Acute Cholecystitis
Objective To analyze the impact of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones accompanied by acute cholecystitis. Methods A total of 76 patients with cholecystolithiasis with acute cholecystitis admitted to Yancheng Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 38 cases in each group.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in the study group and traditional open cholecystectomy was performed in the control group. The surgical indicators, recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, first postoperative activity time and hospi-tal stay of the study group were(95.22±3.22)min,(42.22±3.22)mL,(21.35±2.13)min and(6.74±2.30)d,respectively,which were all better than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(t=22.849,18.637,17.647,7.800,all P<0.05).The time of first anal exhaust, bowel sound recovery, normal defecation and normal feed-ing in the study group were(1.53±0.51)d,(20.30±4.65)min,(1.81±0.30)d and(1.23±0.58)d,respectively,which were better than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(t=7.810,8.431,9.509,11.961,all P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with acute cholecystitis has a faster recovery and fewer complications.
