Objective To explore the effect of Shengyang Juxian method in the treatment of vertigo patients with insuf-ficient blood supply.Methods A total of 100 patients with vertigo caused by insufficient blood supply admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to Octo-ber 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine,and the obser-vation group was treated with Shengyang Juxian method.The symptom relief time,Vertigo Syndrome Scale Score,tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Re-sults Compared with the control group,the symptom relief time was shorter and the Vertigo Syndrome Scale score was lower in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The score of dizziness and dizziness in the observation group(1.21±0.25)points was lower than that in the control group(2.30±0.52)points,and the score of attack frequency(1.02±0.16)points was lower than that in the control group(2.10±0.26)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.358,25.015,both P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of blood supply insufficiency vertigo,the Shengyang Juxian method is conducive to reducing clinical symptoms,shortening the duration of symptoms,and improving the quality of life of patients.
