Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a minimally invasive therapy that selectively destroys target tissue through a photochemical reaction.It not only has the effect of healing,but also has less damage to normal tissue.Because of its high safety,small local trauma,repeatable treatment,not easy drug resistance and other characteristics,it is widely used in clinical tumors,skin diseases,gynecological diseases.This article reviewed the clinical application of PDT in the treatment of cervical lesions by summarizing clinical studies at home and abroad.
