Effect of Early Vascular Intervention Embolization for Intracranial Aneu-rysm on Its Efficacy and Neurological Function
Objective To explore the effect of early vascular intervention embolization for patients with intracranial an-eurysms and to analyze the effect on neurological function. Methods A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneu-rysm who received treatment in Fenggrun District People's Hospital of Tangshan City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group ac-cording to the double-blind method, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was given late vascular inter-ventional embolization(72 h after the onset of disease),and the study group was given early vascular interventional em-bolization(within 72 h after the onset of disease). The clinical efficacy, degree of neurological impairment, ability of daily living, level of serum inflammatory factors, and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.005,P=0.025).After treatment, the score of daily living ability(90.35±4.73)points in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of neurological impair-ment(6.42±1.58)points was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=3.754,11.868,both P<0.05).After treatment,In the study group, the level of interleukin-6(180.38±18.84)pg/mL,and tumor necrosis factor-α(330.85±20.81)pg/mL were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the level of inter-leukin-10(23.19±3.80)pg/mL was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=5.257,4.804,4.550,all P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P=0.046).Conclusion The clinical effect of early vascular interventional embolization in intracranial aneurysm patients is more accurate, which can not only further improve nerve function and daily living ability, but also effectively regulate the level of inflamma-tory factors and reduce the incidence of complications.
