目的 研究房颤与认知功能下降(障碍)的相关性.方法 回顾性选取2021年3月—2023年3月广州中医药大学茂名医院收治的96例老年房颤患者资料,根据房颤严重程度分为轻度房颤组(n=39)、中度房颤组(n=32)与重及严重房颤组(n=25).分析房颤与认知功能下降(障碍)的相关性.结果 不同房颤分级患者的认知功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).轻度房颤组的中文版简易智能状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)总分为(25.18±1.19)分,分别低于中度房颤组、重及严重房颤组,差异有统计学意义(F=42.289,P<0.05).房颤与定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆力、语言能力及总分均存在相关关系(r=-0.817、-0.799、-0.823、-0.815、-0.759、-0.869,P均<0.05).结论 房颤与认知功能下降(障碍)存在相关性,且房颤病情越严重,认知障碍病情也就越严重.
A Study on the Correlation between Atrial Fibrillation and Cognitive De-cline(Impairment)
Objective To study the correlation between atrial fibrillation and cognitive decline(impairment).Methods The data from 96 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)admitted to Maoming Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into the mild AF group(n=39),the moderate AF group(n=32),and the heavy and severe AF group(n=25)according to the se-verity of AF.The correlation between atrial fibrillation and cognitive decline(impairment)was analyzed.Results The cognitive function of patients with different AF grades was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)in mild AF group was(25.18±1.19)points,which was lower than that in moderate AF group,heavy and severe AF group,respectively,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(F=42.289,P<0.05).There was a correlation between atrial fibrillation and orientation,memory,atten-tion and calculation,recall,language skills,and total score(r=-0.817,-0.799,-0.823,-0.815,-0.759,-0.869,all P<0.05).Conclusion There was a correlation between atrial fibrillation and cognitive decline(impairment),and the more severe the condition of atrial fibrillation,the more severe the condition of cognitive impairment.
