连续性肾脏替代治疗对脓毒症患者炎症因子及疗效的影响

目的 探讨脓毒症患者采用连续性肾脏替代治疗的疗效以及对炎症因子的减轻作用.方法 选择2017年1月—2022年12月淮安八十二医院收治的脓毒症患者74例为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,每组37例.对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行连续性肾脏替代治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子、免疫功能.结果 观察组疗效率高于对照组(91.89%vs 70.27%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.638,P<0.05).治疗前,两组各炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后,观察组各炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组T淋巴细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+更高,CD8+更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对脓毒症患者采用连续性肾脏替代治疗的疗效可靠,能减轻患者炎症因子水平,调节机体免疫功能.
Effect of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy on Inflammatory Fac-tors and Efficacy in Patients with Sepsis
Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy and the attenuating effect on inflammatory factors in patients with sepsis.Methods 74 patients with sepsis admitted to Huaian 82 Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and grouped according to the number table ran-domization method,with 37 each.The control group was treated conventionally,and the observation group was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy,the efficacy of the treatment and inflammatory factor and immune function between the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.89%vs70.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.638,P<0.05).There was no sta-tistically significance in levels of each inflammatory factor between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significance in T-lymphocyte levels between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group was higher in CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+,and lower in CD8+ after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy for patients with sepsis is reliable,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and regulate the immune function of the body.
