Effect of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy on Inflammatory Fac-tors and Efficacy in Patients with Sepsis
Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy and the attenuating effect on inflammatory factors in patients with sepsis. Methods 74 patients with sepsis admitted to Huaian 82 Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and grouped according to the number table ran-domization method, with 37 each. The control group was treated conventionally, and the observation group was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy, the efficacy of the treatment and inflammatory factor and immune function between the two groups were compared. Results The efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.89%vs70.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.638,P<0.05).There was no sta-tistically significance in levels of each inflammatory factor between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significance in T-lymphocyte levels between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group was higher in CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+,and lower in CD8+ after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy for patients with sepsis is reliable, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and regulate the immune function of the body.
