Significance of D-dimer Monitoring in Evaluating the Therapeutic Effect of Catheterization Thrombolysis in Patients with Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities
Objective To analyze the significance of D-dimer monitoring in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of catheterization thrombolysis in patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treated in Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dorsal vein thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with catheterization thrombolysis. The D-dimer index and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results From 1 to 7 days after treatment,The D-dimer indexes in the observation group were(68.14±2.13),(70.71±2.29),(75.76±2.01),(71.58±2.37),(61.24±2.22),(52.21±2.56),(28.22±2.01)mg/L,which were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(t=66.211,48.766,49.042,49.693,58.197,40.223,13.706,all P<0.05).On the 8 th day after treat-ment,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of D-dimer between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, the score of venous patency[(4.63±1.42)points]in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group, and the rate of venous patency[(62.98±14.26)%]was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The D-dimer monitoring method can accurately evaluate the efficacy of catheterization thrombolysis in patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
