Analysis of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Noninvasive Fungal Rhinosinus-itis
Objective To analyze the value of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with noninvasive fungal rhinosinus-itis.Methods A total of 72 patients with non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis-itis admitted to Linyi Hedong Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and study group, with 36 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was treated with routine treatment + nasal endoscopic sinus surgery. The effective rate, inflammatory factor indexes and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.400,P=0.011).After treatment, the resistance in the left and right nasal cavities of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-5 and tumor necrosis factor-α after treatment of research group were lower than those of the control group, the differencs were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications(surgical adhesion occlusion, severe bleeding, and nasal scab)in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis, nasal endoscopic sinus surgery has a better effect, which is conducive to reducing the level of body inflammation, and the overall effect is high.
