Analysis of the Efficacy of Nasal Glucocorticoids in the Treatment of Aller-gic Rhinoconjunctivitis
Objective To study the efficacy of nasal glucocorticoids in the treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. Methods A total of 160 patients with allergic nasoconjunctival receiving treatment in Changqiao People's Hospital of Wuzhong District at Suzhou City from February to October 2023 were selected as the research object, and divided into the control group and the study group using envelope method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flumiron eye drops, and the study group was treated with flumiron eye drops combined with renocott. The clinical effects, ocular scores, nasal scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treat-ment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(87.50%vs 75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.103,P<0.05).After treatment, all symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nasal score(2.75±0.37)points and ocular score(1.52±0.57)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.894,12.505,both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.207,P>0.05).Conclusion Nasal hormone treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis has a remarkable effect, and can improve the nasal and ocular conditions of patients.
