Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Soft Channel Drainage for Hyperten-sive Cerebral Hemorrhage with the Assistance of Positioning Ruler
Objective To analyze and discuss the therapeutic effect of soft channel drainage assisted by positioning ruler in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Xuzhou Jiawang District People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into drainage group and cra-niotomy group, with 40 cases in each group.Soft channel drainage assisted by positioning ruler and craniotomy hema-toma removal under microscope were performed respectively. The postoperative hematoma clearance rate, volume of edema around hematoma, degree of nerve defect, incidence of complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the craniotomy group, the postoperative hematoma clearance rate[(91.58±6.72)%]in the drainage group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.944,P<0.001).The volume of edema around hematoma, the degree of neurological deficit and the total incidence of complications in the drainage group were lower than those in the craniotomy group, and the excellent and good rate of prognosis was higher than that in the craniotomy group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hy-pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, soft channel drainage assisted by positioning ruler is accurate, and the drainage can remove hematoma accurately, which can effectively reduce the degree of edema, reduce the incidence of complica-tions,reduce the degree of nerve defect and improve the prognosis.
