Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery on Rehabilitation Effect and Quality of Life of Patients after Laparoscopic Radical Surgery for Colorec-tal Cancer
Objective To explore the influence of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients after laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 40 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Peixian People's Hospital from November 2018 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention after operation, and the study group was given rehabilitation training under the guidance of accelerated rehabilitation surgery after op-eration.The rehabilitation effect at 2 weeks after operation, the quality of life at 3 months after operation and the inci-dence of complications during rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation effect of the research group was better than that of the control group 2 weeks after surgery, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group at 3 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group in terms of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, overall health,vitality,so-cial function, emotional function, and mental health, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients during rehabilitation(P>0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery can promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life in the immediate postoperative period in patients with colorectal cancer without increasing the risk of postoperative complications.
