Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Oxytocin on Hemody-namics and Bleeding in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin on hemodynamics and bleeding in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 cases of high-risk pregnancy with post-partum hemorrhage who attended Bijie Hospital of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by ran-dom number table method.The control group was given oxytocin treatment,and the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin,the hemodynamic and hemorrhagic improvements of the two groups after treatment with the relevant drugs were compared.Results There was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 1,2 and 24 h after delivery in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic intervention of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin in women with high-risk pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes and postpartum hemorrhage of women,and at the same time significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
