Expression of SPC24 and CALR in Endometrial Carcinoma and Their Clinicopathological Significance
Objective To study the expression of SPC24 and calreticulin(CALR)in endometrial cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 80 cases of endometrial cancer patients admitted to Ningyang County First People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study group, and 80 cases of women with normal endometrial tissue examined in the hospital during the same period were used as the control group. The expressions of SPC24 and CALR were detected by immunohistochemical staining in the tissue samples collected in both groups. Results The positive rates of SPC24 and CALR in the study group were 75.00%and 68.75%,respec-tively,higher than those in the control group(23.75%and 18.75%),and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The expressions of SPC24 and CALR is influenced by FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, degree of differentiation and depth of uterine myometria infiltration. Conclusion The positive rates of SPC24 and CALR were higher in endometrial carcinoma tissues, and their expressions were directly influenced by the clinical and pathologi-cal manifestations of patients.
