Value of Ca125,CEA,TSGF and SCC Tests in the Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer
Objective To analyze the value of carbohydrate antigen 125(Ca125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),tu-mor specific growth factor(TSGF)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods The data of sixty-eight patients with cervical cancer treated in Muping District Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from March 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed as the study group. The data of sixty-six patients with benign cervical diseases treated in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and used as the con-trol group. Both groups underwent Ca125,CEA,TSGF and SCC tests. The diagnostic efficacy of Ca125,CEA,TSGF,SCC combined test and single test for cervical cancer were compared. Results The levels of Ca125(49.65±10.23)U/mL,CEA(13.98±4.02)μg/L,TSGF(86.65±12.02)U/mL and SCC(11.89±2.56)μg/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group(15.65±11.02)U/mL,(3.28±0.98)μg/L,(52.02±10.23)U/mL,(2.02±1.89)μg/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=18.517,21.024,17.935,20.783,all P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined test for cervical cancer were higher than those of Ca125,CEA,TSGF and SCC alone, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum Ca125,CEA,TSGF and SCC in patients with cervical cancer were significantly increased, and the combined test further improved the diag-nostic efficiency.
