Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Wenzhong Hewei Formula in Treating Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency in Traditional Chinese Medicine Inter-nal Medicine Diseases
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Wenzhong Hewei formula for the treatment of spleen and stom-ach Qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine diseases.Methods A total of 88 patients with low back pain of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine of Yishui County People's Hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into study group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiangsha Liujun Pills,and the study group was treated with Wenzhong Hewei Formula on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,belching,acid reflux,loss of appetite and pharyngeal foreign body sensation in the two groups decreased,and the above symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(95.45%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.062,P=0.044).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenzhong He-wei formula can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine diseases,thus significantly improv-ing the clinical therapeutic effect of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency,and the safety of the treatment is high.
