Diagnostic Study of C-reactive Protein,Serum Amylase and Lipase in Pa-tients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To investigate the clinical value of C-reactive protein, serum amylase and lipase diagnosis in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 95 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in Taicang Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the study group, and 95 healthy physical ex-amination objects at the same period were selected as the reference group.C-reactive protein, serum amylase and li-pase were detected rationally in the two groups, and the diagnostic efficiency of each diagnostic method was compared. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of C-reactive protein + serum amylase were 73.68%,89.47%and 81.58%,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of C-reactive protein + lipase were 72.63%,89.47%and 81.05%,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of C-reactive pro-tein + serum amylase + lipase were 98.95%,97.89%and 98.42%,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of C-reactive protein + serum amylase + lipase were significantly improved compared with C-reactive protein + serum amylase and C-reactive protein + lipase, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined diagnosis of acute pancreatitis with C-reactive protein + serum amylase + lipase de-tection can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, thus laying a foundation for clinical diagno-sis and successful treatment of acute pancreatitis.
