Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Blood Purification Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Sepsis
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification therapy in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis.Methods A total of 108 patients with severe sepsis treated in Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospi-tal Group(Suqian Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University)from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received traditional treatment,and the observation group received continuous blood purification treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors,hemodynamics and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factors and hemodynamic levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(98.15%)was higher than that of con-trol group(85.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.364,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with severe sepsis,the implementation of continuous blood purification therapy can achieve sig-nificant results.
