Clinical Analysis of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Uremic Patients
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment in patients with uremia.Methods 50 patients with uremia admitted to Dongying City Dongying District People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the study group was treated with the combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion.Renal func-tion,inflammatory factors and blood purification indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Blood urea nitrogen[(10.99±4.19)mmol/L],urine creatinine[(367.51±59.61)μmol/L],serum creat-inin[(415.22±81.02)μmol/L]in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=2.935,2.297,2.528,all P<0.05).Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumour necrosis factor-α levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,homocysteine,parathyroid hormone,β2 microglobulin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with uremia treated with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined treatment has remarkable ef-ficacy.This therapy can not only has a good improvement effect on both renal function and inflammation,but also puri-fies the blood well,which has certain clinical application value.
