Study on the Efficacy of Budesonide Combined with Nasal Endoscopic Sur-gery in the Treatment of Sinusitis-nasal Polyps
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of sinusitis-nasal polyps.Methods 187 patients with sinusitis-nasal polyps admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital(Lishui Branch of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University)from March 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the study group(n=94)and control group(n=93)by using the method of randomized numerical table.The study group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery com-bined with budesonide,and the control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.Inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy,postoperative adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the study group(98.94%)was higher than that of the control group(91.40%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.799,P=0.016).The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 4.25%,compared to 5.38%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.128,P=0.720).The recurrence rate in the study group was 6.38%,compared to 7.53%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of sinusitis-nasal polyp efficacy is remarkable,can reduce the patient's body inflammatory factors and improve the effectiveness of treatment with higher safety.
