Application of Intravenous Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Early Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in the early treatment of acute myocardial in-farction.Methods Seventy patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the emergency department of Xuech-eng District People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into observation group(intravenous thrombolytic therapy)and control group(conventional treatment)according to random number table method,thirty-five cases in each group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had smaller myocardial injury and lower overall incidence of complica-tions,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(0)was lower than that in the control group(14.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.687,P=0.030).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis is an effective treatment for early acute myocardial infarc-tion,which can relieve symptoms of patients,improve the survival rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.
