Study on Safety of Different Blood Purification Methods in the Treatment of Mineral and Bone Abnormalities in Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective To analyze the effects of different blood purification methods on mineral and bone abnormalities in chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of eighty-six patients with mineral and bone abnormalities of chronic kid-ney disease admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and divided into filtration group and comprehensive group by double-blind method, with forty-three cases. The filtration group received hemodialysis filtration, and the comprehensive group re-ceived hemoperfusion + hemodialysis.Minerals, bone metabolism indexes and safety were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the filtration group, and calcium level in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the filtration group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of osto-eprotegerin(OPG)in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the filtration group and the levels of bone spe-cific alkaline phosphatase(BALP)was lower than that in the filtration group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63%in the comprehensive group, lower than 32.56%in the filtration group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.472,P<0.05).Conclusion The program of blood purification + hemodialysis can significantly improve the level of mineral metabolism and improve the quality of bone metabolism, and its safety is higher than that of hemodialysis filtration, and it is more suitable for patients with mineral and bone abnormalities in chronic kidney disease.
