Application and Positive Rate Assessment of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Sputum of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of mycobacterium tuberculosis test for pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 200 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the People's Hospital of Hechi City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.Xpert test was performed on all patients,and sputum solid culture was used as the gold standard method to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of Xpert test.Results A total of 17 positive cases and 183 negative cases were detected by gold standard,the positive detection rate was 8.50%.A to-tal of 24 positive cases and 176 negative cases were detected by Xpert,the positive detection rate was 12.00%.The sensitivity of Xpert diagnosis was 94.12%(16/17),the specificity was 95.63%(175/183),the accuracy was 95.50%(191/200),the positive predictive value was 66.67%(16/24),and the negative predictive value was 99.43%(175/176).There is good agreement with the gold standard(Kappa value is 0.756).Conclusion Xpert has a high diagnostic effi-ciency in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and is in good agreement with the gold standard.
