Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Therapy in Primary Treatment of Gallstones Combined with Cholecystitis
Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic therapy in the treatment of gallstones accompanied by cholecystitis in primary medical institutions. Methods Fifty-two patients with cholecystoli-thiasis accompanied by cholecystitis admitted to Changshu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into reference group and research group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with open surgery, and the study group was treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic treatment. The total effective rate, total complication rate, pain score and various surgical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the total effective rate of the study group(96.15%)was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.584,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,12 and 24 h after operation, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The incision length of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was shorter than that of the reference group, and the operation time, bowel sound recovery time and getting out of bed time were shorter than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically, the effective application of laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy in the implementation of primary treatment for patients with gallstones accompanied by cholecystitis can significantly im-prove the efficacy of patients, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain, improve surgical indi-cators,and promote the good prognosis of patients with gallstones accompanied by cholecystitis.
