摘要
目的 研究应用3种不同微生物检验法对念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物的检测效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年6月麻城市人民医院收治的96例念珠菌阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用凝集法、培养法、镜检法,对所有患者的阴道分泌物样本进行检验,比较不同检验方法阳性检出例数及检出率.结果 凝集法、培养法、镜检法阳性检出率分别为79.17%、84.38%、92.71%,3种检验方法阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.167,P<0.05).结论 采用镜检法对念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物进行检查,能够获得更高的阳性检出率,从而为临床诊断和治疗提供更为可靠的依据.
Abstract
Objective To study the effectiveness of using different microbial testing methods to detect vaginal secre-tions in patients with candidal vaginitis.Methods 96 patients with candidal vaginitis admitted to Macheng City People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The agglutination method,culture method,and microscopic examination were used to test the vaginal secretion samples of all patients,and the positive detection cases and detection rates of different test methods were compared.Results The positive detection rates of agglutination,culture,and microscopy were 79.17%,84.38%,and 92.71%,respectively,the positive detection rates of the three test methods were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.167,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of vaginal discharge examination in patients with candidal vaginitis is higher using mi-croscopic examination,which can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
