Analyzing the Effect of Low Molecular Heparin in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To analyze the efficacy of using low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute ischemic cere-brovascular disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the Neu-rology Department of Caoxian People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were numbered in the order of admission, with odd numbered patients as the control group(n=40)and treated with Compound Danshen Injection, even numbered patients as the study group(n=40),and treated with low molecular heparin. The neurological function, living standards, adverse reactions, and treatment outcomes of two groups of pa-tients were observed. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of brain nerve function and living standards between the two groups of patients(both P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of brain nerve function and living standards in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.50%,lower than the control group's 15.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients treated with low molecular heparin have obvious recovery of neurological function, high standard of living, low incidence of adverse reactions, and remarkable therapeutic effect.
