Comparison of Efficacy of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer
Objective To study the effect of lansoprazole and omeprazole on duodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 75 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to Dexing People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group(n=38,Lansoprazole treatment)and control group(n=37,omeprazole treatment)by random number table method.Symptom improvement time,interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)indexes,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in inflammatory factors and quality of life scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and symptom dimension scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the improvement time was less than that in the control group,and functional dimension score and to-tal health score were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of lansoprazole in patients with duodenal ulcer can reduce inflammation,shorten symp-toms and improve patients'quality of life.
