乌司他丁联合血液净化治疗中度重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的 研究乌司他丁联合血液净化治疗中度重症急性胰腺炎(Moderate Severe Acute Pancreatitis,MSAP)的临床疗效.方法 选取2021年9月—2023年5月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的94例MSAP患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组(乌司他丁治疗)与研究组(乌司他丁联合血液净化治疗),各47例,对比两组患者临床疗效、炎症因子水平和不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.374,P<0.05).研究组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 针对MSAP患者,在乌司他丁药物治疗的基础上联用血液净化治疗能够显著改善患者炎症状况、提高治疗有效率,用药安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ulinastatin combined with blood purification in patients with moderate severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP).Methods A total of 94 MSAP patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(ulinastatin treatment)and the study group(ulinastatin combined with blood purifi-cation treatment)by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,The total effective rate of study group(93.62%)was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.374,P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors of study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For MSAP patients,ulinastatin combined with blood purification therapy can significantly improve the inflammatory status of patients,improve the treatment efficiency,and do not increase,the safety of medication is high.
