Analyzing the Difference in Therapeutic Effects between Endovascular In-tervention and Microscopic Craniotomy Clamping of Intracranial Aneu-rysms
Objective To compare the difference in treatment effect between endovascular intervention and micro-scopic craniotomy clamping for patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods The clinical data of 97 patients with in-tracranial aneurysms admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital in Jinan City from June 2020 to May 2023 were ret-rospectively selected and divided into two groups based on different treatment methods. The control group(n=48)re-ceived microscopic craniotomy clamping treatment, while the observation group(n=49)received endovascular interven-tion treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(79.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.276,P=0.012).The levels of von Willebrand factor and endothelin-1 were lower and nitric oxide was significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group at 3 months postopera-tively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclu-sion In carrying out the treatment of intracranial aneurysm, the effect of endovascular interventional therapy is more significant than microscopic craniotomy clamping, and the patient's vascular endothelial function is significantly im-proved.
