Value of Early Application of Vasoactive Drugs in the Rescue of Children with Critical Illness
Objective To evaluate and analyze the value of early application of vasoactive drugs in the rescue of chil-dren with critical illness.Methods A total of 80 critically ill children from Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,all of whom were severe pneumonia chil-dren.The children were divided into the reference group and the observation group by random number table method,and each group had a group of 40 cases.The former group received routine treatment intervention,and the latter group was supplemented with early vasoactive drug therapy.Comparative analysis was carried out on the improvement of clinical indicators,recovery of pulmonary function,therapeutic effect and serum factor indicators of children.Results After treatment,the improvement of clinical indexes in observation group was significantly better than that in refer-ence group,and the recovery of pulmonary function in observation group was significantly better than that in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group(82.50%)was significantly higher than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.000,P<0.05).The level of serum factor index in observation group was significantly better than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rescue of children with critical ill-ness,early vasoactive drug treatment can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of children,improve the therapeutic effect of children,reduce the pain of children,and improve the quality of life of children.
