Clinical Safety of Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Fetal Preservation in Threatened Abortion
Objective To analyze the safety of dydrogesterone in fetal preservation in threatened abortion.Methods A total of 98 patients with threatened abortion who were treated in Chengwu County People's Hospital of Shandong Prov-ince from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into reference group(treated with progesterone)and investigation group(treated with dydrogesterone)by means of dice rolling,with 49 cases in each group.Hormone indexes,recovery time,effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hormone indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the hormone index and total effective rate of the in-vestigation group were higher than that of the reference group,the recovery time was shorter than that of the reference group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone has high safety,can regulate the level of progester-one,improve the efficiency of fetal protection.
