目的 探究低频脉冲治疗对老年晚期恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的有效性.方法 选取泰州市姜堰中医院肿瘤科于2020年1月—2022年12月收治的60例老年晚期恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(予以常规对症治疗)、观察组(在常规对症治疗基础上辅以低频脉冲治疗),各30例.对比两组骨髓抑制严重程度、健康状况、生活质量,所用工具为卡氏评分(Karnofsky Performance Score,KPS)、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy,FACT-G).结果 治疗后,观察组骨髓抑制程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.023,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组KPS评分为(89.21±5.11)分,FACT-G评分为(88.23±6.11)分,高于对照组的(77.71±4.33)分、(75.61±5.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t= 9.404、8.539,P均<0.05).结论 低频脉冲治疗的辅助价值更高,可有效减轻患者病情严重程度,提高机体健康水平,改善生活质量.
Exploration of the Effectiveness of Low-frequency Pulse Therapy on My-elosuppression after Chemotherapy for Advanced Malignant Tumors in El-derly People
Objective To explore the effectiveness of low-frequency pulse therapy on myelosuppression after chemo-therapy for advanced malignant tumors in the elderly.Methods A total of 60 patients with myelosuppression after che-motherapy for advanced malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Oncology,Taizhou Jiangyan Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were di-vided into the control group(treated with conventional symptomatic therapy)and the observation group(supplemented with low-frequency pulse therapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic therapy)according to the method of ran-dom drawing,with 30 cases in each group.The severity of myelosuppression,health status,and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the tools used were karnofsky performance score(KPS)and functional assess-ment of cancer therapy(FACT-G).Results After treatment,the degree of myelosuppression in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.023,P<0.05).In the ob-servation group,KPS score was(89.21±5.11)points and FACT-G score was(88.23±6.11)points,which were higher than(77.71±4.33)points and(75.61±5.31)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.404,8.539,both P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse therapy has a higher auxiliary value,can effectively reduce the severity of the patient's condition,improve the health level of the organism and the quality of life.
