Clinical Effect of Rebi Granule on Dampness-heat Obstruction Type of Ac-tive Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 64 cases of active rheumatoid arthritis patients with damp-heat bi type admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(conventional Western medicine)and observa-tion group(combined Rebi Granule)by random number table method,32 cases in each group,and the pain scores,quality of life scores and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observa-tion group[(2.06±0.24)points]was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=25.831,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,higher than 75%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the pain score of patients with active rheumatoid ar-thritis,improve their quality of life,has significant therapeutic effect.
