桃红四物汤加减治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果分析

摘要
目的 分析类风湿关节炎行桃红四物汤辨证治疗的应用效果.方法 选取郑州市中医院于2022年2月—2023年2月收治的68例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(联合桃红四物汤辨证治疗),各34例,比较两组患者应用效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.314,P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,平衡握力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对类风湿关节炎患者,西药单纯治疗效果不理想,联合桃红四物汤辨证治疗可增强疗效,缓解临床症状,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction in syndrome differentiation treat-ment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with rheumatoid arthritis disease treated in Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.Ac-cording to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction syndrome differentiation treatment),with 34 cases in each group,and the application effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=5.314,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in con-trol group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The traditional chinese medicine symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the balance grip strength was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the effect of Western medicine alone is not ideal,and the combination of Taohong Siwu De-coction can enhance the curative effect,relieve clinical symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
