摘要
脊髓损伤(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI)中,神经源性膀胱(Neurogenic Bladder,NB)是一种常见的并发症.这种疾病通常会导致患者出现尿液滞留、尿失禁、输尿管扩张、肾积水等症状,进一步引发肾功能衰退,给患者的生命健康构成威胁.随着近代医学的发展,NB的治疗方法以及管理水平日趋完善.本文通过整理近年治疗SCI后NB的相关文献,对临床诊疗以及康复现状进行综述,期望能为相关研究的开展提供思路,以及为提高临床管理水平提供理论依据.
Abstract
Neurogenic bladder(NB)is a common complication of spinal cord injury(SCI).This disease usually leads to urine retention,urinary incontinence,ureteral dilation,hydronephrosis and other symptoms,further causing renal function decline,which poses a threat to the life and health of patients.With the development of modern medicine,the treatment methods and management level of NB are becoming more and more perfect.In this paper,by collating rel-evant literature on NB after SCI treatment in recent years,the current situation of clinical diagnosis,treatment and re-habilitation was described,hoping to provide ideas for related research and theoretical basis for improving clinical management level.
