Clinical Effect of Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction on Postmeno-pausal Osteoporosis(Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type)
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium on postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type).Methods 60 patients with PMOP(liver and kidney deficiency type)hospitalized in Guizhou Orthopaedic Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the researth objects and randomly divided into two groups by envelope drawing,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium alenophosphate alone,and the treatment group was given Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction on this basis.Clinical response rate,pain scale scores[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Pres-ent Pain Intensity(PPI),Global Pain Scale(GPS)],and adverse reactions during treatment were evaluated in both groups after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,PPI,VAS and GPS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium can effectively improve the female postmenopausal osteoporosis,with good curative effect and guaranteed safety.
