目的 探究双歧杆菌联合光疗对黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平的影响.方法 采用横断面法,选取2020年10月—2023年6月江苏省启东市妇幼保健院接收的86例黄疸患儿为研究对象,利用统计学方法对其进行随机编号并分为对照组(43例)及观察组(43例).对照组单纯使用蓝光治疗法,观察组予以双歧杆菌联合蓝光照射治疗.对比两组患儿血清胆红素水平、免疫功能及心功能.结果 观察组总胆红素(123.12±26.47)μmol/L、间接胆红素(112.36±22.49)μmol/L、直接胆红素(8.56±2.17)μmol/L水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t= 2.437、2.514、3.380,P均<0.05).观察组T淋巴细胞(T Lymphocytes,CD3+)、辅助T细胞(Helper T Cells,CD4+)、CD4+/细胞毒性T细胞(Cytotoxic T Cells,CD8+)均高于对照组,且CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶MB型、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对黄疸患儿采取蓝光照射治疗联合双歧杆菌治疗,有助于降低血清胆红素水平,并改善细胞免疫功能及心功能.
Effect of Bifidobacterium Bifidum Combined with Phototherapy on Serum Bilirubin Levels in Children with Jaundice
Objective To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium bifidum combined with phototherapy on serum bili-rubin level in children with jaundice.Methods A total of 86 children with jaundice admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qidong City,Jiangsu Province from October 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects by cross-sectional method.They were randomly numbered by statistical method and divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group was treated with blue light therapy alone,and the obser-vation group was treated with bifidobacterium combined with blue light irradiation.Serum bilirubin level,immune function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of total bilirubin(123.12±26.47)μmol/L,indirect bilirubin(112.36±22.49)μmol/L and direct bilirubin(8.56±2.17)μmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.437,2.514,3.380,all P<0.05).T Lymphocytes(CD3+),Helper T Cells(CD4+),and CD4+/Cytotoxic T Cells(CD8+)in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ was lower than that in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme MB type,lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blue light irradiation therapy combined with bifi-dobacterium bifidum treatment for children with jaundice can help to reduce serum bilirubin level and improve cellu-lar immune function and cardiac function.
