Evaluation of the Role of Coagulation Four Items Combined with Lipid Tests in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To study the significance of the application of coagulation four items combined with lipid test in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 43 patients with diabetes admitted to Taizhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were included in the observation group. The patients in the observation group were divided into group A(with vascular disease,n=21)and Group B(without vascular disease,n=22)according to whether there was any vascular disease, and 43 healthy physical examination patients in the same period were selected to be in-cluded in the reference group.Blood clotting and blood lipid tests were performed in all groups, and the results of blood clotting and blood lipid tests were compared in different groups. Results The fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the observation group were(4.51±0.62)g/L,(13.17±0.94)s,(10.51±0.80)s,(28.52±4.04)s,respectively,compared with the reference group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=13.321,22.009,10.562,4.108,all P<0.05).The levels of low-density Lipopro-tein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group were compared with the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).FIB leves of group A was higher than that of group B,and TT,PT and APTT leves were lower than that of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).HDL-C levels in group A was lower than that of group B,and TC,TG,LDL-C levels were higher than that of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Coagulation four items combined with lipid test in diabetes mellitus patients have important value, which can provide strong support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
