The Effect of Insulin Aspart 30 Injection on Blood Glucose Control and Safety in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the effect of insulin 30 aspartate injection on blood glucose control and safety in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Shanx-ian Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(metformin)and observation group(metformin + insulin aspartate 30 in-jection),with 51 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose control,insulin function and adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(96.08%vs 84.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.991,P=0.046).After treat-ment fasting blood glucose was(6.52±1.36)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose was(9.08±1.53)mmol/L,and gly-cated hemoglobin A1c was(5.72±0.49)%in the observation group,which was lower than that of control group(7.43±1.42)mmol/L,(10.16±1.67)mmol/L and(6.45±0.52)%,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.305,3.405,7.296,all P<0.05).After treatment fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in observation group were(12.13±2.32)mU/L and(3.49±1.02),which were higher than those in control group(14.41±2.59)mU/L and(4.23±1.11),the insulin secretion index of observation group(94.71±5.46)was lower than that of control group(82.57±5.98),and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.683,3.506,10.706,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions in observation group was lower than that in control group(5.88%vs 21.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.299,P=0.021).Conclusion Aspartate 30 injection is a safe and effective treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes,which not only clearly controls blood sugar and improves insulin function,but also has few adverse re-actions.
