目的 探讨对住院脑卒中偏瘫患者给予个体化康复治疗后获得的康复效果.方法 选取2022年5月—2023年5月松原吉林油田医院收治的80例住院脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据投掷硬币法分为参照组(40例,采用常规治疗)和研究组(40例,采用个体化康复治疗).比较两组患者的主观生活质量评分、客观生活质量评分、日常生活活动(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分、平衡功能评定表(Fugl-meyer平衡量表)评分.结果 治疗前,两组患者的主观生活质量评分、客观生活质量评分、ADL评分、Fugl-meyer平衡量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的主观生活质量评分(26.13±3.02)分、客观生活质量评分(5.79±1.02)分、ADL评分(68.13±5.22)分、Fugl-meyer平衡量表评分(6.59±1.25)分高于参照组的(20.05±3.35)分、(4.66±1.13)分、(55.25±8.12)分、(4.02±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.525,4.694,8.438,12.750,P均<0.05).结论 对住院脑卒中偏瘫患者给予个体化康复治疗,可有效改善患者的生活质量、生活能力以及平衡功能.
Clinical Effect of Individualized Rehabilitation Therapy in Hospitalized Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of individual rehabilitation therapy for hemiplegia patients with stroke in hospital.Methods A total of 80 hemiplegia patients with stroke in hospital admitted to Songyuan Jilin Oilfield Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(40 cases,treated with conventional therapy)and a study group(40 cases,treated with individualized rehabilita-tion)according to the coin toss method.The subjective quality of life score,objective quality of life score,Activity of Daily Living(ADL)score,and balance function rating scale(Fugl-meyer Balance Scale)score between two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in subjective quality of life score,objective quality of life score,ADL score and Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale score between the two groups of patients(all P>0.05).After treatment,the subjective quality of life score(26.13±3.02)points,objective quality of life score(5.79±1.02)points,ADL score(68.13±5.22)points,Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale score(6.59±1.25)points of pa-tients in the study group were higher than(20.05±3.35)points,(4.66±1.13)points,(55.25±8.12)points,(4.02±0.25)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.525,4.694,8.438,12.750,all P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation therapy for hospitalized stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the patients'quality of life,life ability and balance function.
