Clinical Effect of Memantine Hydrochloride Combined with Cabalatin Bi-tartrate in the Treatment of Patients with Moderate Alzheimer's Disease
Objective To investigate the value of memantine hydrochloride combined with cabalatine bitartrate in the treatment of moderate Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 79 patients with moderate Alzheimer's disease admit-ted to the Dalian Jinzhou District Fourth People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a study group(39 cases)and a comparison group(40 cases)by envelope method.The comparison group was treated with cabalatine bitartrate,while the study group was treated with memantine hydro-chloride based on the comparison group's treatment.The therapeutic effect,clinical indexes and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 85.00%in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.374,P=0.036).After treatment,the clinical indexe of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pa-tients with moderate Alzheimer's disease,memantine hydrochloride combined with cabalatine bitartrate can improve clinical efficacy,optimize clinical indicators and alleviate inflammation.
