Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with amiodarone on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods 60 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with arrhythmia admitted to Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The reference group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol + amioda-rone.The efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,the levels of left ven-tricular ejection fractions,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of left ven-tricle in observation group were better than those in reference group,the differences were statistically significance(all P<0.05).The various electrocardiogram indexes of the observation group was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that of the reference group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease accompanied by arrhythmia,the curative effect is significantly higher than that of single use,and can im-prove cardiac function and electrocardiogram indexes,with good safety.
