Analysis of the Prognosis of Laparoscopic Surgery for Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction
Objective To analyze the prognosis of laparoscopic surgery for adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 80 patients suffering from adhesive intestinal obstruction in the First People's Hospital of Tianshui City from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random drawing method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open intestinal adhesiolysis, while the study group was treated with laparoscopic intestinal adhesiolysis.Operation-related indexes, inflammatory factors, immune function, quality of life, utilization rate of analgesic drugs and recurrence rate of adhesive intestinal obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results The blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group, and the time indexes of the study group were shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of all quality of life items were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The utilization rate of analgesic drugs and the recurrence rate of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the study group were 10.00%and 5.00%,lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.021,4.114,both P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction can optimize the prognosis of patients and guarantee their safety.
