Effect of Double Mirror Combined with Gallbladder Saving Lithotomy on Gastrointestinal Function and Complications in Patients with Gallstone
Objective To study the clinical effect of double mirror combined with gallbladder saving lithotomy in the treatment of patients with gallstones. Methods 72 patients with gallstones admitted to Yuncheng Chengxin Hospital from May 2020 to March 2023 were divided into control group(n=36)and study group(n=36)by random number table method. The control group underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the study group underwent double mirror combined gallbladder saving lithotomy. The clinical efficacy, gastrin and motilin, the incidence of complication was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of study group was longer than that of control group, and the first exhaust time was shorter than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.001;before operation, the levels of gastrin and motilin in two groups were compared, the differences were not statisti-cally significant(both P>0.05),after operation the levels of gastrin and motilin in the postoperative study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.001).The complication rate of the study group(2.78%)was lower than that of the control group(16.67%),the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double mirror combined with gallbladder saving lithotomy has a better effect in the treatment of patients with gallstones.Because it preserves the patient's gallbladder,it has less damage to the patient's body and gastrointestinal function, which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients, and the risk of complica-tions is low.
